I've been eating clean for years now but have to admit that after having a baby and starting a (really busy) business, I've been less dedicated to my meal prep. After I became Instagram homies with the lovely Andrea Hannemann aka Earthy Andy, I've been more inspired to get back into the prep and clean up our eating. Coco-Rawnola Recipe/Gluten Free Style CocoRawnola (4 Ingredients)

  • (1) 8oz package of cooking dates (already chopped if possible) or approx 1 1/2 cups of dates (chop until sticky) 

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup coconut shreds

  • 1 cup oats (or mulberries - chewy and an amazing super food

chop chop chop until clumpy! add more ingredients if still sticky (some dates are juicer than others so just keep adding ~ you can't go wrong! 

Vegan Sushi Bowl

  • Rice mixed with rice vinegar and a little sugar (optional) furikake is also amazing
  • Avocado
  • Nori shreds
  • Chives
  • Cucumber
  • Purple cabbage
  • Lettuce
  • Picked Ginger
  • A little gluten free soy sauce and wasabi 

Oh yeah... and another reason we love Andy is that she takes gorgeous photos of her adorable groms (and nephew grom/Bree's babe) on our blankets! Here are the cute kiddos lounging in the sand in Hawaii on The Cairn.
