We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice at checkout.
If you need your package guaranteed by a certain date, please email us before you make your purchase so that we can confirm the request.
We are a small business and typically ship twice a week. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 days of payment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Specify the exchange item in your email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org and also include this information in your return package.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us at email@example.com
We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
